Wedding Florist in Cusco & the Sacred Valley

We design and set up the flowers for your wedding — from the bridal bouquet to the last centerpiece — across Cusco and the Sacred Valley of Peru. We work directly with couples planning from abroad, no wedding planner required.

Floral arch and bridal bouquet for a wedding in the Sacred Valley, Peru

Your flowers, straight from a local florist

Magnolias is a Cusco-based florist with more than 25 years of experience working with local Andean flowers. We specialize in weddings and events in the Sacred Valley — the stretch of haciendas, gardens and boutique hotels between Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Pisac where more and more couples choose to marry surrounded by mountains.

You don't need a wedding planner to work with us. Most of our destination couples plan their wedding themselves, from another country, and we take care of everything floral: we learn your style, send a clear proposal and coordinate directly with your venue. If you do have a planner, we slot into their team without friction. You choose how to work.

Because we grow and source locally, our flowers are fresher and often more affordable than imported options — a real advantage for a destination wedding. We handle everything in English over WhatsApp and video call, and on your wedding day our team drives out to the venue and has everything set up before the first guest arrives.

What couples say

Couples who trusted us with their day.

We planned our wedding from the US and Magnolias handled all the flowers over WhatsApp. We arrived in Urubamba and the arch and tables were set up and stunning. Zero stress.

— Emily & James · Urubamba

We didn't have a planner and worried it would be chaos. They coordinated everything with the hotel and my bouquet was exactly what I dreamed of. Highly recommend.

— Sophie & Liam · Ollantaytambo

Frequently asked questions

What couples ask us most.

How much do wedding flowers cost in Cusco and the Sacred Valley?
It depends on the size of your wedding and the design, but as a reference: bridal bouquets start around USD 70, centerpieces from USD 25 each and a floral arch from USD 250. Because we use local, seasonal flowers, prices are often lower than couples expect. Send us your date and venue and we'll build a custom proposal.
Do I need a wedding planner to hire you?
No. We work directly with couples, with or without a wedding planner. Many of our clients plan their destination wedding themselves from abroad and we handle everything floral over WhatsApp and video calls. If you do have a planner, we coordinate with their team seamlessly.
Do you deliver and set up in the Sacred Valley?
Yes. We travel to Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Yucay, Chinchero, Maras and the whole Sacred Valley. Our team handles on-site setup on the wedding day. Travel is quoted separately based on distance and clearly itemized in your proposal.
How do you work with couples planning from abroad?
Everything is handled remotely in English by WhatsApp and video call, scheduled around your time zone. We send a moodboard, a clear quote in USD, and coordinate directly with your hotel or venue so you can plan with confidence from home.
What flowers are available in Cusco throughout the year?
We work with roses, peonies (seasonal), hydrangeas, lisianthus, ranunculus, eucalyptus and local foliage. Some blooms are seasonal; we tell you honestly what is available for your date and suggest equally beautiful alternatives when something is out of season.
When should I book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 months ahead, especially for the dry season (May to October), which is peak wedding season in Cusco. For closer dates, reach out anyway — we can often accommodate you.
